Red Challenge: Wine and Roses

14 3/4 x 15 watercolor of dark red roses just in time for celebrating love on Valentine's this month.  I put a hint of wine glasses in the softly lit background, waiting for red wine to be poured.  February is the month for love! This painting is for our RED challenge, the wine, of course, is for Mollie, while romance is for us all!

quick as always Kay, and bright and beautiful as well, warm and inviting. Fill up this glasses, and I will join you.
You even makes it look romantic with this soft feeling. Love the composition.

But, Kay...I only see three glasses and Verena beat me in here. Guess I'll just drink out of the bottle...snerk. Beautiful roses...wouldn't you just love to receive those for ValentinesDay. Hard to beat these beautiful reds. Love the warm background...very romantic.

Beautiful, romantic atmosphere. I so admire an artist's ability to create an atmosphere.

YIPPEE...now I don't have to drink out of the bottle. Can't believe I missed the 4th...Janet...you hogging the vino and not wanting to pour me a glass?

I love the dreamy, romantic feel you got here. Like Eric Weigardt said in his demo...the less you show, the more people see. That hint of wine glasses shows volumes. Beautiful piece.
