This is not a good photo, so I have reposted a new one. And yes I had great fun Janet, but if you saw hove much I messed around you would be amazed it is something at all.

It is a step by step on FB Jane, if you can name it that. I use cotton wool to wash out thing, and start again, with no good plan at all.
We have 2 of this birds by the cabin, very surprising for us since they are very rear.

And Jane I never listen to music when I paint,..it is really disturbing to me. When I was in Jean Hains workshop she put on music all the time, the same thing in France, they put on the radio..., and I went for a swim. I do not know what it is, I just can not paint to music.

Solveig I cannot have music on either! I have to work in total silence! I have to concentrate and that is how I work the best! I would have been swimming with you! ha!!!

Love your splashy abstract background with the bird front and foremost.

Neither can I paint to music as it is distracting somehow.

Good to here I am not the only one, I nearly had a fight with two of the Americans in France.
Thank you Jane and Kay.

Well this is good to know for me too as everyone always says they HAVE to have music to paint...and I have never been able to understand that and thought I was the only one! Ha! There are three of us! WHOOPIE!

I have to have Facebook on to paint....it's an ADD thing, I suppose.

You may not listen to music, but this piece has movement, colour and passion.. just like music

Solveig...This painting has so much movement. Love it! I have to have some kind of noise on, be it radio or TV. I don't like complete silence unless I am sleeping. Maybe it comes from raising four kids that were close in age. That was very noisy.

I am like you Ellie. The silence makes me nervous!
Wonderful splashes of color, Solveig!

Nice to read hove different we are.
Janet, FB dose not make much noise.

Rurh,I think I get out frustration when I paint like this, so it might be that you see. When I was younger, I was often angry, now I just go and paint and are OK again.

4 kids Ellie, wow,you have really had a lot of job and noise. I am not blessed with kids, but I always have had others kids around, and today they come with there kids again to visit, so I feel lucky anyway.

Thank you Cindy. To much noise make me nervous, I love silence, when Jane talk about lady lake, it is like walking beside here and just listen to the silence, gives me a wonderful feeling.
