I have finely finished my Iris,..was not sure what to do in the upper left corner, but I thought some light might be nice. I will not be painting more Iris for a while, but I made the drawing for my red challenge, and it is flowers of course.
The rest of this week is going to be cleaning and making food for Aud Rye to come on Friday, having a workshop, and are going to stay in my home.

A, ha, ha.., no, no,no if I have got a idea in my little brain I just have to go for it. It feels so good to have nobody else to blame than myself if it goes wrong.
But normally I would have listen to Mary, she make the most beautiful paintings.

Gorgeous, Solveig...as usual...the transparent colors you get are stunning. They look real enough to touch. Love Aud Rye's work...have fun at the workshop...please show us what you paint.

I am sooooo longing for spring. The colors in this bring me there. It makes such a difference with the foliage painted in - joyful painting!

Thank you Mollie, I am sure I will post some photos here, Aud is not only a great teacher and painter, she is a very nice and interesting person as well.

Thank you Helen. Yes it looks different with the foliage, was nearly afraid they would take away the glow from the flowers, but it is OK.
